When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

Subscribing of Preferential Rights for Cambridge

I have managed to subscribe to 2,641 shares for Cambridge at $0.531 which is a slight discount to today's price. I am grateful that Cambridge tries to top my holdings up to  multiples of 1,000 so that I don't have to go to the odd lot market to sell it. Current holdings stand at 24,000 which would give me quite a good steady income.

    but I only bot after the XD date thus not eligible for this rights.
