I hope that my investment philosophy will bring me a steady stream of income apart from my job. I am aiming for at least $3,000 per month which can sustain the current expenses of myself and my family.

When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

Bought a new domain... Trying to transfer over to use my new web address

Dear loyal readers,

Recently, I have bought a new web address which I am trying to transfer my blog over to this new address. Just a note that you may experience downtime during the transfer due to some technical issues (my fault actually as I made some mistake while trying to transfer over).

No worries as I will get it up in my new address as soon as possible. Once I get it done, I will let you all know. :-)

    Interesting, it happens that I can register my own domains, at a lower cost. Let me know if you would consider. :)
