When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

S-REIT Investment Blog: Analysis of LippoMall Retail Trust

I have just bought 30,000 shares on 10th June at $0.365 for LippoMalls Retail Trust. Although there are times that it drop to $0.36, I don't believe that I am able to get it at that price.

This time, I am buying on margin but it is a small amount so once I manage to save up, I will repay this loan as soon as I can.
