When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

Investing in S-REITs and Business Trust Video

Hi everyone,

Quite a number of my readers emailed me to ask how to analyze REITs and how to actually start investing. I am not a trading broker so you will need to get any of the brokers to call you and help you set up the account which is quite easy.

Here I have is a video which I have made to help you all to start so that you all can understand how I actually analyze my investments. As said earlier, I am just a retail investor so if I can, so can you.
