When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

Current Holdings - Addition of Global Logistics Properties

I have successfully applied for one lot for GLP which increases my portfolio by $1,960... and diversified my portfolio. I will be looking at my portfolio as discussed earlier because I have a feeling that it is too diversified... Maybe I will be selling it after the first day as they do not have a dividend policy which makes it unattractive for me as a REIT investor.
