Welcome

Welcome to my investment blog where I share with you my analysis of REITs in Singapore.

I hope that my investment philosophy will bring me a steady stream of income apart from my job. I am aiming for at least $3,000 per month which can sustain the current expenses of myself and my family.

Do enjoy reading my blog and post any comments that you have. I welcome them because it is a time to learn from each other.

When I am looking at investing in REIT, here are some of the guidelines that I am looking at. Feel free to comment on it. I am willing to listen to ideas.

-> at least 8% yield.
-> Price that is lower than its NAV.
-> Low gearing (if possible)
-> High secured NAV.

Current Dividend income is $3,800/month.

Saving Money through Credit Cards, Offers and many more.

Hi everyone,

We have been investing to generate passive income for a while and I must say that the journey is a pleasant one. Next, I will be promoting my next blog. I have mention it before. It is Saving Money through Credit Cards, Offers and many more. (credit-card-offers-sg.blogspot.sg)

I am expanding the focus (of this money saving credit card blog) to include any methods which helps to save money, mostly on daily needs i.e. Groceries, transportation, Dining... But recently, I will also include family leisure, children health supplements, kids stuffs and anything which helps us to save money.

Why am I doing this? A dollar saved is a dollar earned and it does help in the passive income that we are all trying to achieve. At this point, I am saving $100 per month which is fantastic. In order to generate similar passive income, you will need at least $12,000 in investments (assuming 10% return) to achieve it. Therefore, why not we achieve it without using $12,000?

There are some posts already there but do take note to look at the recent posts as some data are outdated. I am keeping up with the information so do refer to the most recent posts if you are looking at the different tags that I have placed.

Enjoy saving (and enjoy earning). Happy New Year.
