AIMSAMP recently announced their results which is an increase in its DPU. This lead to an increase in current yield to 10.29% which is very commendable and comparable to the high yield which Cambridge is offering.
AIMS AMP has met all my requirements for a long-term investment i.e. high yield, discount-to-NAV price, average gearing. This is still one of the top picks among the REITs that I am holding on.
Current NAV price at $0.27 will be my exit price. My investment philosophy is that as long as the price is beyond NAV, it is not attractive and its price is based on other factors which I don't consider. In any case, it has to move up by almost 35% which is a lot.
Currently still holding on to what I have at the moment. If I have extra money, then I consider.
